Here at the Mt Cole Pyrenees Nature Group, we:

want people. to appreciate the beauty and diversity of our region's forests.

conduct nature walks and conservation activities for all ages

are a non-profit group

aim to partner with other groups on conservation projects
The Mount Cole and Pyrenees area is home to several threatened and endangered species including:

Powerful Owl
-
Phascogale
-
Mt Cole Grevillia and
-
Koalas
These forests are also home to wallabies, small mammals and 100 species of birds.
